WCMC's 24th Residents' Graduation Ceremony

Dr. Wilfredo S. Tagle, MD, FPCS, FPUA was the guest speaker at the event. In addition to families, friends, fellow residents, and other hospital personnel, WCMC's key officials and doctors were also present to grace the occasion.
