World Citi Medical Center TELEMEDICINE Consultation Guidelines:

Please make sure you have a Viber App or Facebook Messenger to communicate with us.

1.       SCHEDULE your online doctor consultation thru http://www.onlineservices.worldcitimedicalcenter.com/

2.       PAY teleconsultation fee thru GCASH, BANK TRANSFER or PAYMAYA

a.       Payment request will be sent to your registered cellphone number, Viber, or Facebook Messenger.

b.      Send the notice of successful transfer to the online moderator thru SMS, Viber, or Facebook Messenger

3.       START online consultation. The online moderator will facilitate the video conference between you and your doctor.

Important Reminders:

*OPD staff will contact you for the schedule or provide a link for the consultation

*Strictly NO RECORDING of consultation under The Data Privacy Act of 2012

*Strictly 1 (one) patient per consultation only.
