An appetizing and a well-balanced diet play an important role in your treatment and recovery process. Our outmost goal is to provide our clients with nutritious foods prepared according to the doctor's prescribed diet orders. We make every effort to provide safe food to all patients by adhering to established food safety standards. Nutrition education is our priority too thus nutrition counselling is offered to all patients especially those with modified and restricted diets.

Patient Meals

Your physician will prescribe the type of diet necessary for your treatment program. Newly admitted patients are visited by the Clinical Dietician to interview them regarding food preferences, food allergies and other diet concerns.

Patient meals are served as follows :

  • Breakfast: 06:30 AM - 07:00 AM
  • Lunch: 11:30 AM - 12:00 NN
  • Dinner: 05:45 PM - 6:30 PM

In between snacks are provided for our diabetic patients upon doctor’s order.

Extra food trays for the patient’s companions or visitors may be ordered through the nurse station or directly to dietary section at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled meal service. Our dietician on duty will prepare a charge slip for the patient or relative to sign.


  • For late admission, serving of food tray will be up to the following cut-off times:
    • Breakfast: 8:00 am
    • Lunch: 1:00 pm
    • Dinner: 7:00 pm
  • Additional diet changes received later than the time schedule stated below will be effective on the next meal time.
    • Breakfast: 6:00 am
    • Lunch: 11:00 am
    • Dinner: 4:30 pm
  • For all resume diets, patients will be given meals upon doctor’s order from 5:00 am to 7:45 pm.

Diet Counseling

For those on special/ restricted diets, our dietitian will provide you with instruction on your prescribed diet order or upon doctor’s referral during your confinement.
